[fgp-chat] Speaker Events in April and July

Hello fellow Greens,


Sean Imanian chair of the Fredericksburg green party here.
As some of you know we are having two speaker events on April 7th from 4pm 
until 9pm and
again on Sunday, July 14th from 1pm until 5:30pm. It will all be in our 
local library Auditorium in Fredericksburg.
To try to get speakers for the event I reached out to some National 
Committees and greens across the state.




The Eco action committee, the monetary committee, and peace committee are 
wondering how long can the speaker speak for. As we have had previous 
discussion on this before I believe we agreed that the speaker should be 
allowed 45 minutes to speak and then about 30 minutes for questions I 
believe. I think that gives time for two speakers at each event which I am 
fine for.
