[fgp-chat] Fredericksburg Green Party Response to government shutdown.

Hello everyone,

Sean Imanian chair of the Fred Green Party here. I just got the new edition 
of the Socialist worker newspaper and I am shocked and appalled. I'm 
reading the first article about the government shutdown and I didn't know 
that the Native American reservations relied so much on the federal 
government for certain things like healthcare gas money, food stamps, and 
what not. And all of these reservation leaders that are quoted hear saying 
they are going to seriously struggle to make it by at all especially with 
grocery stores and pharmacies and what not.

I propose that we announce on our social media feeds that we are willing to 
help government workers and Native Americans with food and some clothing if 
they need it in response. I think we would be fine on supplies since we 
started that meal program not too long ago and still have donations.

And perhaps reach out to them too if we can. What do you all think?
