Mission Statement of the Rockbridge Greens
The Rockbridge Greens are a community-centered group of activists and supporters. We work to build a more just and sustainable world by implementing the Greens' Ten Key Values through education, direct action, and participation in elections, including running candidates.

Hello 6th CD Greens,
The Rockbridge Greens will be hosting a meeting of Greens from
throughout the 6th Congressional District and you're invited. We will be
discussing the possibility of recruiting a Green candidate to run against
Bob Goodlatte.
The meeting will be Saturday, January 31, 10am-noon at the Blue Heron Cafe
(the Valley's finest vegetarian restaurant, owned by Rockbridge Green
Laurie Macrae), 4 East Washington St., Lexington (across the street from
the Circuit Courthouse).
We'll also be assessing the 2003 local races that Greens ran in,
congratulating our new Green office holders,and discussing plans for the
upcoming year. So if you have any ideas, or want to run for congress, or
are hungry, please come. Coffee, tea, and donuts will be provided and
many of us will be staying on for a delicous vegetarian lunch.
