[gpva-ic] Endorsement of Kiesha Preston

No problem, Kevin.

 Both the question of nomination v.s. endorsement and the PAC question,
inter alia, seem to me like ones that should be addresed whenever we talk
to candidates to ensure we have properly vetted them.
