[gpva-ic] [gpva-business] Interim meeting called

Montigue,

I don't mean to come off as rude but when I hear people saying you did not 
represent the state party I think they meant with the bill that the state 
party proposed. You were not there for the months-long discussion of the 
bill within our state. If you wanted your voice to be heard that was the 
time. I think the general agreement is if the party discusses and debates 
then makes an agreement then we have unity in action. In this case that's 
what people were hoping for. The majority of the chapters voted for this 
own bill that we sponsored.

In most cases I think we let our representatives to National choose what 
they think is best. But in this case we actually discussed this issue and 
made the bill our self and sponsored it. So it only makes sense that they 
would represent the state party I think.
