[gpva-ic] Green Festival

Hello Interim Committee,

I see that the Green Festival is coming back to DC on Sept. 24,25.  I think
it would be great if we could have a presence there.

It looks like a non-profit booth would cost $750.  Maybe we could split that
three ways with DC and Maryland Greens.  Does anyone have any contacts with
them?  Maybe with GPUS?  I think we could probably make up the costs in new
memberships.  Would the locals in the area be able to staff the booth?

There will probably be tens of thousands of greens there.  We need to turn
them into Greens.

If there is interest in this I'd like to make a proposal to the IC.
