[gpva-ic] and another thing... referendum question

Hello convened IC members,
I apologize for neglecting to include this in the last email.

Roger Clarke asked me to poll the IC about taking a position in favor of two of the referendums on the ballot. Namely, the school bonds and park bonds. What do you all think? Roger suggested we could reach consensus on supporting these two items and issue a press release before the election. Something the Greens could support, instead of oppose.

Comments? Considerations?
